Founded in 2013 in Las Vegas, the group has worked to increase female representation in leadership and provide opportunities through mentorship, networking events, and professional development. Its membership spans a broad spectrum of the gaming sector, including casinos, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Over the past decade, Women in Gaming has established itself as a key platform for connecting and empowering women in a traditionally male-dominated industry. Looking ahead, the organization plans to expand its programs and membership further across North America, continuing its mission to support and elevate women working in gaming.
