Turkish security forces launched a large-scale operation targeting an illegal betting and fraud syndicate across 18 provinces, with the central focus in Hakkari. The coordinated action led to the detention of 39 suspects accused of involvement in organized illicit betting and deception activities. Authorities seized 128 electronic devices and various cash amounts considered related to the illegal operations. Local law enforcement, in cooperation with the public prosecutor's office, carried out raids to dismantle the network disrupting public order and financial integrity. This operation represents a significant enforcement effort in Turkey to combat the growing issues of illegal gambling and fraud schemes.
